The
Alexander von Humboldt Institute presents the publication "Intellectual property and
biodiversity - intellectual property in the World Trade Organization and its relationship
with the Convention on Biological Diversity". The main purpose of this document is to
bring closer conflicting positions regarding biodiversity an IPR, by offering an objetive
analysis of the different points of view, and promote a constructive reflection about
